The developer Toll Brothers has announced that the last 7 properties are being offered in the Abaco Pointe community. Only 2 of the attached homes are still located on the central lake. The complex offers a clubhouse, pool and fitness center, among other amenities. There is an access gate. The complex is located on Collier Blvd between Vanderbilt Beach Road and Immokalee

There are still 3 different floor plans available with living areas of 1575 sqft, 1643 sqft and 2242 sqft. The two smaller types have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double garage on one level, the largest model offers 4 bedrooms, a large loft area, 3 bathrooms and a double garage on 2 levels.

Seagate starts marketing for new community Opus Stone

The developer known for its luxurious homes is planning the new Opus Stone development at the crossroad Vanderbilt Beach Road and Masssy St (just east of Collier Blvd). , There will be 51 single-family homes with 3200 to 5550 sqft (290 - 500 sqm) of air-conditioned space on the 50 acres site (approx. 20 ha) site There will be 11 different models. New community comes to South Naples

Developer Mattamy Homes has purchased a 65-acre property in south Naples on Manatee Road for $10.1 million. 249 properties (houses and apartments) are planned for the development. The models will be between 1397 sqft (125 sqm) and 2810 sqft (250 sqm).  The community will offer a large pool, clubhouse, pickleball court, walking paths and a fitness center.  The name is already planned: Summerlit .   The opening will take place in autumn 2025.
