Stock Development opens Caymas for sale

Starting at the end of the month, offers can be submitted for the first homes in the new development in Caymas on Collier Blvd about 2 km south of the I75 exit 101. The homes in the development will be built around several large lakes. The total area is about 780 acres. A total of 457 homes will be built. There will be extensive amenities including a large clubhouse with bar, pool, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, kayak launch and a dog park.

The community was developed by Stock Development, who are currently building 8 models. These have between 2400 and 4000 sqft living area. Sales prices start at 1.5 million dollars.

Pulte Homes has purchased 97 of the smaller lots and will offer 4 different models. Two of the models are scheduled to be released for viewing in the next few months. Prices for these homes start at just under 1 million.

Seagate starts marketing for new community Opus Stone

The developer known for its luxurious homes is planning the new Opus Stone development at the crossroad Vanderbilt Beach Road and Masssy St (just east of Collier Blvd). , There will be 51 single-family homes with 3200 to 5550 sqft (290 - 500 sqm) of air-conditioned space on the 50 acres site (approx. 20 ha) site There will be 11 different models. New community comes to South Naples

Developer Mattamy Homes has purchased a 65-acre property in south Naples on Manatee Road for $10.1 million. 249 properties (houses and apartments) are planned for the development. The models will be between 1397 sqft (125 sqm) and 2810 sqft (250 sqm).  The community will offer a large pool, clubhouse, pickleball court, walking paths and a fitness center.  The name is already planned: Summerlit .   The opening will take place in autumn 2025.
