Model Homes Open in Pratt's Preserve in Fort Myers

The developer Lennar has opened two single-family homes in Pratt's Preserve , centrally located in Fort Myers. The community is situated approximately 1.6 miles north of Daniels Parkway, east of 6 Mile Cypress Parkway.

The development features 4 different models with 3 to 5 bedrooms and 130 to 215 sqm of air-conditioned space. Three of the floor plans are two stories. Prices for a base model start at around $350,000, while the largest model has a base price of $430,000. All models include a two-car garage.

The community does not offer specific recreational facilities. The association fees are $267. In some homes, the terrace faces the relatively busy 6 Mile Cypress Parkway.

Seagate starts marketing for new community Opus Stone

The developer known for its luxurious homes is planning the new Opus Stone development at the crossroad Vanderbilt Beach Road and Masssy St (just east of Collier Blvd). , There will be 51 single-family homes with 3200 to 5550 sqft (290 - 500 sqm) of air-conditioned space on the 50 acres site (approx. 20 ha) site There will be 11 different models. New community comes to South Naples

Developer Mattamy Homes has purchased a 65-acre property in south Naples on Manatee Road for $10.1 million. 249 properties (houses and apartments) are planned for the development. The models will be between 1397 sqft (125 sqm) and 2810 sqft (250 sqm).  The community will offer a large pool, clubhouse, pickleball court, walking paths and a fitness center.  The name is already planned: Summerlit .   The opening will take place in autumn 2025.
