New construction homes with included golf membership (Bundled Golf)

At present, several developments still offer new-construction properties, the purchase of which automatically makes you a member of the development's golf club. The choice used to be much greater, but there is hardly any land left that is large enough for a golf club and the properties

In Collier County, only The National Golf & Country Club in Ave Maria currently offers such condos and houses. Prices start at 285,000 dollars for a condo.

In Lehigh Acres, property developer Lennar opened the renovated Copperhead golf course last year under the name Ibis Landing . You can get a condo here from 233,000 dollars.

In Alva, homes are offered at River Hall . There are no condos here. Prices for an attached home start at 400,000 dollars.

In neighboring Charlotte County to the north, Heritage Landing and some parts of the Babcock Ranch development offer such properties.

Seagate starts marketing for new community Opus Stone

The developer known for its luxurious homes is planning the new Opus Stone development at the crossroad Vanderbilt Beach Road and Masssy St (just east of Collier Blvd). , There will be 51 single-family homes with 3200 to 5550 sqft (290 - 500 sqm) of air-conditioned space on the 50 acres site (approx. 20 ha) site There will be 11 different models. New community comes to South Naples

Developer Mattamy Homes has purchased a 65-acre property in south Naples on Manatee Road for $10.1 million. 249 properties (houses and apartments) are planned for the development. The models will be between 1397 sqft (125 sqm) and 2810 sqft (250 sqm).  The community will offer a large pool, clubhouse, pickleball court, walking paths and a fitness center.  The name is already planned: Summerlit .   The opening will take place in autumn 2025.
