New Constructions in Isles of Collier Preserve Soon to be Sold Out

The property developer Minto has confirmed that the construction in Isles of Collier Preserve located just south of downtown Naples, will be completed soon. The remaining single-family homes, townhouses, and condos are expected to be under contract by no later than mid-year. Additionally, some of the model homes are available for sale. 

A total of 1,649 properties were built in the development that began in 2014. Half of the 2,471-acre property has been preserved as a nature reserve, accessible only through walking trails or kayak tours. 


Some of the largest homes in the development were built by Stock Development, who purchased 61 of the plots in one of the most beautiful areas of the community.

The development offers a variety of recreational facilities such as a leisure pool, a lap pool, tennis courts, fitness facilities, pickleball, and a waterfront restaurant.

In addition to the latest new properties, there are currently 50 pre-owned properties for sale.

Seagate starts marketing for new community Opus Stone

The developer known for its luxurious homes is planning the new Opus Stone development at the crossroad Vanderbilt Beach Road and Masssy St (just east of Collier Blvd). , There will be 51 single-family homes with 3200 to 5550 sqft (290 - 500 sqm) of air-conditioned space on the 50 acres site (approx. 20 ha) site There will be 11 different models. New community comes to South Naples

Developer Mattamy Homes has purchased a 65-acre property in south Naples on Manatee Road for $10.1 million. 249 properties (houses and apartments) are planned for the development. The models will be between 1397 sqft (125 sqm) and 2810 sqft (250 sqm).  The community will offer a large pool, clubhouse, pickleball court, walking paths and a fitness center.  The name is already planned: Summerlit .   The opening will take place in autumn 2025.
