Real Estate Market in Collier County with Contrasting Figures

December presented an unusual scenario. Despite almost 50% more properties on the market and a 15% decrease in sales, prices continue to rise, averaging $631,000, near the peak recorded in early 2023.

Even developers appear to anticipate only a short-term downturn. This is evident in the number of new developments where the infrastructure and construction of new homes have recently commenced.

The figures include only properties offered and sold through real estate agents. Marco Island has its own realtor association, and its figures are not included here.
