GL Homes has started work at Rivercreek in Estero

GL Homes has sold the first homes in Rivercreek  on Corkscrew Road in Estero, just a few miles east of the highway. There will be a total of 556 houses. Prices for the base models range from $600,000 to $1 million. However, the prices for necessary upgrades are usually quite high. The HOA-Fees are currently around 400 dollars per month. The infrastructure of the development was created with loans, which are paid off through increased property taxes.

The community will offer many amenities such as clubhouse, community pool, tennis, pickle ball, playground, gym and much more.
