Tamarindo sold out soon

DR Horton continues to have great success selling homes in  Tamarindo at the Collier Blvd in Naples.  Some of the reasons are certainly the good price and the now good location to the city center for a new community. The houses on the last two streets of the complex are now being built and it is expected that there will be no new ones available by the end of the year. In the last 30 days alone, 10 houses were sold. All of the complex's amenities have already been built and the access gate is also finished. The developer is offering some almost finished houses at a discount and you can also bargain on the houses. The developer has currently released 32 houses for sale, 9 of which have their own pool. Prices range from $610,000 to $810,000. Dr. Horton is already planning further construction activities in "The Town of Big Cypress".
