The property developer Neal opened the Skysail Skysail community in the eastern part of Collier County as early as 2022. With  650 acres of land, including 250 acres of lakes, the community is one of the largest in Collier County. 1,500 properties are expected to be built over the next few years. Around 200 of them have been sold so far. 

The properties have between 1500 and 3500 sqft living area (130 to 320 square meters)  and many are located on one of the 6 large lakes.

14 houses are currently nearing completion. They are offered between $575,000 and $860,000 (all without private pools). 

The complex offers many amenities such as 2 pools, tennis, fitness, kayaking. Hiking trails, pickleball courts and much more. It's about a 35-minute drive to the beach. Shopping opportunities are about 10 minutes away by car. Two public golf courses (Valencia and Panther Run) are also just 10 minutes away by car..

Seagate starts marketing for new community Opus Stone

The developer known for its luxurious homes is planning the new Opus Stone development at the crossroad Vanderbilt Beach Road and Masssy St (just east of Collier Blvd). , There will be 51 single-family homes with 3200 to 5550 sqft (290 - 500 sqm) of air-conditioned space on the 50 acres site (approx. 20 ha) site There will be 11 different models. New community comes to South Naples

Developer Mattamy Homes has purchased a 65-acre property in south Naples on Manatee Road for $10.1 million. 249 properties (houses and apartments) are planned for the development. The models will be between 1397 sqft (125 sqm) and 2810 sqft (250 sqm).  The community will offer a large pool, clubhouse, pickleball court, walking paths and a fitness center.  The name is already planned: Summerlit .   The opening will take place in autumn 2025.
