Real estate market on Marco Island is holding up well

With 21% more sales than a year ago, the real estate market on Marco Island is holding up surprisingly well. The downside were lower median home prices (11% less for Single Family Homes).  Collier County as a whole had 17% fewer sales (just over 900 in May 2024), but average prices were 11% higher than last year.

The increase in listings was also lower on Marco Island (only 35%) than in Collier County, where there were approximately 44% more properties on the market.
