Real Estate Market in Lee County in Decline
The Lee County Real Estate Market (excluding Bonita Spring and Estero) continued to be weak in June. While sales prices remained almost at last year's level, sales fell by 13.5% and reached the lowest level for a June in the last 10 years. The length of time spent on the market has also increased significantly and is now 49 days, 60% higher than in the previous year.
The number of active listings remains
very high. Together with the falling sales figures, this has ensured that the
currently active offers could now supply the market for 6.4 months. A year ago it was
less than 4 month.
