New golf course at Babcock Ranch

This fall, Lennar will open its second golf course at Webb's Reserve within  Babcock Ranch in North Fort Myers. Owners at Webb's Reserve automatically become members of the golf course and pay their dues towards the community fees. The 18 hole course was planned and built by Nicklaus Design. 

The subdivision offers 17 floor plans for condos and single-family homes. Prices for condos start at $270,000; for a house you have to pay at least $535,000. 

The community offers a clubhouse, pool, tennis and pickleball.

New community comes to South Naples

Developer Mattamy Homes has purchased a 65-acre property in south Naples on Manatee Road for $10.1 million. 249 properties (houses and apartments) are planned for the development. The models will be between 1397 sqft (125 sqm) and 2810 sqft (250 sqm).  The community will offer a large pool, clubhouse, pickleball court, walking paths and a fitness center.  The name is already planned: Summerlit .   The opening will take place in autumn 2025.
