Seagate starts marketing for new community Opus Stone

The developer known for its luxurious homes is planning the new Opus Stone development at the crossroad Vanderbilt Beach Road and Masssy St (just east of Collier Blvd). , There will be 51 single-family homes with 3200 to 5550 sqft (290 - 500 sqm) of air-conditioned space on the 50 acres site (approx. 20 ha) site

There will be 11 different models. Prices will start in the 2 million range. 

Grocery stores, restaurants and public and private golf courses are nearby.

Inlet Quay on the Gordon River in Naples

The new condo buildings of Inlet Quay with 37 exclusive condos ranging in size from 2,729 to 6,034 sqft (250 to 540 sqm) will be directly on the Gordon River . The buildings will have 7 floors, the lowest floor is for parking spaces. Each of the apartments has a large lanai. The cheapest condos are offered for $3.2 million. Statistics with new lows in November

The market did not improve in November. Sales are at their lowest level since September 2017 (which was the month of Hurricane Irma). The number of properties on sale is also increasing and buyers' negotiating options have further improved. At the moment there is no sign of a trend reversal. Surprisingly, average sales prices show only a slight decline.
