The new condo buildings of Inlet Quay with 37 exclusive condos ranging in size from 2,729 to 6,034 sqft (250 to 540 sqm) will be directly on the Gordon River . The buildings will have 7 floors, the lowest floor is for parking spaces. Each of the apartments has a large lanai. The cheapest condos are offered for $3.2 million.

The HOA fees for the community are expected to be $10,885 per quarter. 

There will be 18 boat slips on the river (first come first serve). The bridge on US 41 limits the size of boats. 

Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026 and reservations can be made now.

New community comes to South Naples

Developer Mattamy Homes has purchased a 65-acre property in south Naples on Manatee Road for $10.1 million. 249 properties (houses and apartments) are planned for the development. The models will be between 1397 sqft (125 sqm) and 2810 sqft (250 sqm).  The community will offer a large pool, clubhouse, pickleball court, walking paths and a fitness center.  The name is already planned: Summerlit .   The opening will take place in autumn 2025.
