Statistics with new lows in November

The market did not improve in November. Sales are at their lowest level since September 2017 (which was the month of Hurricane Irma). The number of properties on sale is also increasing and buyers' negotiating options have further improved. At the moment there is no sign of a trend reversal. Surprisingly, average sales prices show only a slight decline.

Inlet Quay on the Gordon River in Naples

The new condo buildings of Inlet Quay with 37 exclusive condos ranging in size from 2,729 to 6,034 sqft (250 to 540 sqm) will be directly on the Gordon River .
