Centex offers 290 homes in the community Whispering Lakes in the eastern part of Lehigh Acres. The one- and two-story properties have between 3 and 6 bedrooms and two or three bathrooms (some with an additional guest bathroom). The air-conditioned area ranges from 1443 to 2894 sqft. All homes have a two-car garage.

The community has its own pool. Home prices range from $300,000 to $430,000. The community fees are $137 per month. Some of the homes are located on a small lake.

Inlet Quay on the Gordon River in Naples

Statistics with new lows in November

The market did not improve in November. Sales are at their lowest level since September 2017 (which was the month of Hurricane Irma). The number of properties on sale is also increasing and buyers' negotiating options have further improved. At the moment there is no sign of a trend reversal. Surprisingly, average sales prices show only a slight decline.
