Luxurious condos and shops in The Avenue

Right at the entrance to 5th Avenue South in Downtown Naples, the developer Aprea has begun work on "The Avenue." They plan to built 50 luxurious condos on a 5 acre lot and about 80,000 sqft premium retail spaces. Sales of the condos began earlier this year. The are plans with 2,3 and 4 bedrooms. Pre-sale prices range from 3 to 8 million dollars. The development will be pedestrian-friendly.

Seagate starts marketing for new community Opus Stone

The developer known for its luxurious homes is planning the new Opus Stone development at the crossroad Vanderbilt Beach Road and Masssy St (just east of Collier Blvd). , There will be 51 single-family homes with 3200 to 5550 sqft (290 - 500 sqm) of air-conditioned space on the 50 acres site (approx. 20 ha) site There will be 11 different models. New community comes to South Naples

Developer Mattamy Homes has purchased a 65-acre property in south Naples on Manatee Road for $10.1 million. 249 properties (houses and apartments) are planned for the development. The models will be between 1397 sqft (125 sqm) and 2810 sqft (250 sqm).  The community will offer a large pool, clubhouse, pickleball court, walking paths and a fitness center.  The name is already planned: Summerlit .   The opening will take place in autumn 2025.
