New Development on Former Golf Course in Naples

After long discussions and legal disputes the county finally agreed to give the owner of the golf course "Links of Naples" the approval to develop the area with 369 units. It was pretty obvious that the county would have lost the lawsuit.

Now, 369 units can be built on the 82-acre (33 ha) property. The site is located on US 41, about 4 miles east of the intersection with Collier Blvd. It will probably take some time before the approval process and environmental permits are completed.

Seagate starts marketing for new community Opus Stone

The developer known for its luxurious homes is planning the new Opus Stone development at the crossroad Vanderbilt Beach Road and Masssy St (just east of Collier Blvd). , There will be 51 single-family homes with 3200 to 5550 sqft (290 - 500 sqm) of air-conditioned space on the 50 acres site (approx. 20 ha) site There will be 11 different models. New community comes to South Naples

Developer Mattamy Homes has purchased a 65-acre property in south Naples on Manatee Road for $10.1 million. 249 properties (houses and apartments) are planned for the development. The models will be between 1397 sqft (125 sqm) and 2810 sqft (250 sqm).  The community will offer a large pool, clubhouse, pickleball court, walking paths and a fitness center.  The name is already planned: Summerlit .   The opening will take place in autumn 2025.
