New condos near Naples airport

In early January, the Collier County Planning Commission discussed plans for a new building with 37 luxury units on the Gordon River. The building will have a pool and spa for residents' use. The project will also include 19 existing boat docks. The condos will have a view of the river. To the north of the building is a protected area with mangroves. The complex will be called Inlet Quay. The building is in the flight path of the airport (approx. 400 yards from the runway). After 4 hours of discussion, the planning commission made a recommendation in favor of the project, provided that some changes are made to the concept. The main problem is an agreement (registered in the public records) that prevents future owners from complaining about aircraft noise. Stock Development opens Caymas for sale

Starting at the end of the month, offers can be submitted for the first homes in the new development in Caymas on Collier Blvd about 2 km south of the I75 exit 101. The homes in the development will be built around several large lakes. The total area is about 780 acres. A total of 457 homes will be built. There will be extensive amenities including a large clubhouse with bar, pool, tennis, pickleball, fitness center, kayak launch and a dog park. The community was developed by Stock Development, who are currently building 8 models. These have between 2400 and 4000 sqft living area. Sales prices start at 1.5 million dollars. Pulte Homes has purchased 97 of the smaller lots and will offer 4 different models. Two of the models are scheduled to be released for viewing in the next few months. Abaco Pointe nearly sold out

The developer Toll Brothers has announced that the last 7 properties are being offered in the Abaco Pointe community. Only 2 of the attached homes are still located on the central lake. The complex offers a clubhouse, pool and fitness center, among other amenities. There is an access gate. The complex is located on Collier Blvd between Vanderbilt Beach Road and Immokalee There are still 3 different floor plans available with living areas of 1575 sqft, 1643 sqft and 2242 sqft. The two smaller types have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a double garage on one level, the largest model offers 4 bedrooms, a large loft area, 3 bathrooms and a double garage on 2 levels. Attached homes in Milan Villas in Estero

DR Horton opened the new Milan Villas community in Estero at the end of 2023. It is located at the intersection of Williams Rd and Three Oaks Parkway. The development offers 44 semi-detached houses with the Carrington model (same layout as in Enbrook in South Naples). The house has 2 bedrooms, den, 2 bathrooms and double garage. The air-conditioned area is 1503 sqft (approx. 135 sqm).  The site has an access gate. Only a dog park is offered as an amenity. Monthly fees of $284.15 include lawn care, mulching once a year, reserves for painting and roofing, and street lighting, among other things. Prices start at 500,000 dollars. The busy Three Oaks Parkway is directly behind the lanai of almost half of the homes. The Coconut Point shopping center and the Miromar Outlets are approx. 5 minutes away by car.
