New community in the Bayshore Area in Naples

The THE GROVE BAYSHORE is a new community approximately 2.5 miles from downtown Naples. It will include 32 single-family homes with smaller pools on approximately 500 square meter lots.   Three models have been announced: "The Pomelo", a single-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom floorplan with 1,986 sqft of air-conditioned living space. Good options at Skysail in Naples

The property developer Neal opened the Skysail  Skysail community in the eastern part of Collier County as early as 2022. With  650 acres of land, including 250 acres of lakes, the community is one of the largest in Collier County. 1,500 properties are expected to be built over the next few years. Around 200 of them have been sold so far.  The properties have between 1500 and 3500 sqft living area (130 to 320 square meters)  and many are located on one of the 6 large lakes. 14 houses are currently nearing completion. They are offered between $575,000 and $860,000 (all without private pools).  The complex offers many amenities such as 2 pools, tennis, fitness, kayaking. Real estate market on Marco Island is holding up well

With 21% more sales than a year ago, the real estate market on Marco Island is holding up surprisingly well. The downside were lower median home prices (11% less for Single Family Homes).  Collier County as a whole had 17% fewer sales (just over 900 in May 2024), but average prices were 11% higher than last year.  The increase in listings was also lower on Marco Island (only 35%) than in Collier County, where there were approximately 44% more properties on the market.
