DR Horton opens Asher Park in Lehigh Acres

The well-known developer has released the development Asher Park in western Lehigh Acres at the junction of State Road 82 and Buckingham Road for sale.

The community will have a pool, gym, playground and a pool cabana. There is also an access gate.

88 town homes and 189 single-family homes will be built in the development. Many of the houses will be located on a lake. Only a few homes face the main street.

There are two town home models:

Model Bayside: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, guest bathroom, 1 garage parking space with 1582 sqft (approx. 142 sqm) of living area

Surfside model:  3 bedrooms, loft  2 full bathrooms, guest bathroom, 1 garage parking space with 1680 sqft (approx. 150 sqm) of living area.

Prices start at $321,000 and $346,000 respectively. The Surfside models are the end houses.

Three models are offered for single-family homes. All homes are built on 40 ft (12 m) wide lots:

Model Allex: 1,504 sqft (approx., 135 sqm), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double garage. Price from $376,000

Model Jemison: 1,614 sqft (approx., 145 sqm), 2 bedrooms, den, 2 bathrooms, double garage. Price from $390,000

Model Harper: 1,665 sqft (approx., 150 sqm), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double garage. Price from $396,000

The community fees for the town homes are $158 per month,  for the single-family homes, $226.32 per month
