Osprey Shores in Naples in the approval process

The new Osprey Shores townhome development will be part of the Royal Palm Golf Estates. A total of 34 homes are planned, 28 of which will have a sweeping view of a lake and the golf course. Each of the lakeside buildings will have 4 units. Many of the two-story buildings are offered with their own pool and spa. 

The houses will offer 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (all upstairs) and a large living/dining area with open kitchen as well as laundry room and guest toilet on the ground floor. In total, the homes will each have 2,547 square feet of air-conditioned space. There is also a double garage, a large covered terrace of 350 sqft (31 sqm) and a covered balcony in front of the master bedroom on the upper floor of 158 sqft (14 sqm). 

The houses will be equipped to a high standard (high ceiling heights (approx. 10 ft - 3m), impact glass windows, large tiles on the ground floor, wooden floors on the upper floor, quartz countertops, high-quality built-in appliances with cooktop, extractor hood, oven-microwave combo, dishwasher. 

Construction is scheduled to begin at the end of 2025, subject to approval from the Environment Agency. 

Royal Palm Golf Estates offers a restaurant and an 18-hole golf course. You can currently play there all year round for a green fee.
