GL Homes plans to open the new Valencia Sky development next year and is expected to offer a total of 640 new properties. The new condo buildings of Inlet Quay with 37 exclusive condos ranging in size from 2,729 to 6,034 sqft (250 to 540 sqm) will be directly on the Gordon River . The buildings will have 7 floors, the lowest floor is for parking spaces. Each of the apartments has a large lanai. The cheapest condos are offered for $3.2 million. The HOA fees for the community are expected to be $10,885 per quarter.  There will be 18 boat slips on the river (first come first serve). The market did not improve in November. Sales are at their lowest level since September 2017 (which was the month of Hurricane Irma). The number of properties on sale is also increasing and buyers' negotiating options have further improved. At the moment there is no sign of a trend reversal. Surprisingly, average sales prices show only a slight decline.
