Riverfront Condos in Bonita Springs

The community Aurora Condominiums has started construction w est of US 41 (behind Publix). The complex will have 4 buildings with a total of 45 units. The first two buildings will have river views, while buildings 3 and 4 will primarily overlook the marina. The first units are expected to be completed by the end of 2026. The condos feature between 2,690 and 4,198 sq ft of air-conditioned space with 3–5 bedrooms. Pre-sale prices range from $2.9 million to $5.7 million. In addition to a gated entrance, the complex offers boat slips, a pool, and a clubhouse with a fitness center. Community with Affordable Homes in Lehigh Acres

Centex offers 290 homes in the community Whispering Lakes in the eastern part of Lehigh Acres. The one- and two-story properties have between 3 and 6 bedrooms and two or three bathrooms (some with an additional guest bathroom). The air-conditioned area ranges from 1443 to 2894 sqft. All homes have a two-car garage. The community has its own pool. Home prices range from $300,000 to $430,000. The community fees are $137 per month. Some of the homes are located on a small lake. New Development Vivid Shores in Bonita Springs

The developers Pulte and Stock have started work on the infrastructure on Vivid Shores, a development east of the highway in Bonita Springs. The 1031 acre development will include 635 homes. Many of them will be located on one of the three large lakes. They will have living spaces ranging from 1670 - 4000 sqft. The first model homes are expected to be completed in February. The development will feature a 15000 sqft clubhouse, restaurant, fitness center, pool area, pickleball courts, and other recreational facilities. New Development on Former Golf Course in Naples

After long discussions and legal disputes the county finally agreed to give the owner of the golf course "Links of Naples" the approval to develop the area with 369 units. It was pretty obvious that the county would have lost the lawsuit. Now, 369 units can be built on the 82-acre (33 ha) property. The site is located on US 41, about 4 miles east of the intersection with Collier Blvd. It will probably take some time before the approval process and environmental permits are completed. Luxurious condos and shops in The Avenue

Right at the entrance to 5th Avenue South in Downtown Naples, the developer Aprea has begun work on "The Avenue." They plan to built 50 luxurious condos on a 5 acre lot and about 80,000 sqft premium retail spaces. Sales of the condos began earlier this year. The are plans with 2,3 and 4 bedrooms. Pre-sale prices range from 3 to 8 million dollars. The development will be pedestrian-friendly. We will keep you updated on the development over the next few years.
